New Zealand’s general aviation industry has grown significantly and repair and overhaul services are expanding. Under our Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand (CAANZ) Part 145 Maintenance Organization Certificate MO34417, we provide MRO and engineering services to a wide range of aviation components ranging from undercarriage legs, tailpipes, gearbox, frames to engine turbines. We work closely with Part 146 Design Organizations in developing customized repairs schemes and modifications, being fully committed to ensuring repairable components are restored to an airworthy condition. Most of our aviation repair work is in the Component Repair and Overhaul of the Rolls Royce M250 Series turbine engines, possessing more than fifty CAA NZ Part 146 Design Organization repair approvals.
Our component repair processes include robotic controlled thermal spraying, glass bead peening, welding, brazing, machining, grinding and Alseal/Sermetel corrosion-resistant coating application. In addition, we are specialized in developing inspection and support tooling for various applications.
