We offer various types of welding services and consumables complying with AWSD17.1 Specification for fusion welding for Aerospace for Group I and II material groups, and offer low and high temperature brazing applications.

Our design team have the experience to design various types of fixturing and toolings, through the project life cycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring to the closing stages to ensure that the tooling performs to customer’s expectations. Some of the fixturing work designed for aerospace applications are shown in the photos below.

We have the capabilities and knowledge to carry out various of types of machining and grinding processes on complex geometries to a high level of precision and validated on the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for quality.

We work closely with our customers on the research and development through the process cycles to ensure the success of the project. Our ability to develop customized tooling and setup within a short time allow us to progress with development work by carry out the in house testing and validation work promptly. We offer CMM inspection services for accurate component measurement of complex dimensions, profile, angle and depth to achieve quality control. Within our production setting, the CMM is used for performing final inspections and generating compliance reports for customers. The majority of the work involved is in the initial setup, tooling and programming depending on the measurements required. As you qualify and validate these measurements to your production needs, we can work with you to modify the programs to suit your operations.
